Cannabis
Many regard cannabis as socially acceptable and a relatively harmless drug; unfortunately, cannabis addiction can have a devastating impact on the user and their family. Many habitual users will experience varying levels of paranoia, depression and anxiety. Most will be very demotivated about doing just about anything other than using.
A cannabis user will rarely seek help unless their symptoms have reached frightening levels, and it is most frequently the family members who reach out for help in the first instance.
