Please submit your support request using form on the right for on-line counselling requests. Please select counselling from the drop down menu. Platinum members are entitled to unlimited email support per month. Richard will reply within 12 hours to all on-line requests.
In addition to this you are entitled to 4 hours of direct telephone support split into eight 30 minute sessions.
All telephone sessions must be pre booked using the contact form. Please contact counselling with your preferred times and days of contact and the telephone number you wish to be contacted on and we will let you know if all session times are available.
